What drives the price

Site size

Most housing phases fit within five hectares and one short flight. Larger sites need longer flights and more batteries, and are priced on the area.

How much you want marked up

The orthophoto, photos and comparison are standard. A detailed summary counting plots by stage and measuring lengths completed takes office time each month, so it's priced separately.

Regularity

Regular visits reuse the same control, viewpoints and processing set-up, which is why the monthly price is lower than a one-off flight.
