Who we are

Dimensure provides 3D laser scanning and survey services from Corby, Northamptonshire. For any privacy question, email info@dimensure.co.uk.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect your name, contact details, company, site location and the details of your enquiry. When we survey a home or garden, the scan and its photos record the property as it was on the day; we don't set out to capture people, and the scanner photos are used only to colour the point cloud.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, quote, carry out and invoice the work, and keep a record of the survey. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing. The lawful basis is taking steps to enter into, and performing, a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in keeping accurate records of our work.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and email host, cloud storage and accountants, and anyone you ask us to send the survey to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Survey data and job records are kept for at least six years so you, and we, can refer back to them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@dimensure.co.uk. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
